What we cannot help with

We cannot recover funds, reset your exchange account, tell you what to buy, or advise on your personal situation. We are a research site, not a broker, an exchange, or a financial adviser. If your money is stuck on an exchange, contact that exchange's official support directly, and be wary of anyone in your inbox or DMs claiming they can get it back for a fee — that is one of the most common crypto scams.
